Returns & Exchanges – Anowara Jewels
At Anowara Jewels, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your piece isn’t quite right, we offer returns, exchanges, or store credit depending on the item.
What’s Eligible
- Items (excluding earrings) may be exchanged, returned for a refund, or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.
- Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned.
How It Works
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

After inspection, we’ll issue your refund, exchange, or store credit (valid for 6 months).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
